HR Administrator – Kingdom of Bahrain Job Title: HR Administrator Location: Kingdom of Bahrain Employment Type: Full\-time Gender: Male We are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented HR Administrator to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have strong practical experience in HR administration, particularly in LMRA, SIO/GOSI, payroll, recruitment, and employee relations. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage day\-to\-day HR administration and maintain accurate employee records. * Handle **LMRA processes**, including work permits, visa applications, renewals, transfers, cancellations, and dependent visas. * Manage **SIO/GOSI** employee registrations, salary updates, additions, terminations, and related requirements. * Coordinate monthly **payroll**, including attendance, leave, deductions, overtime, salary adjustments, loans, and final settlements. * Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding. * Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, salary certificates, experience letters, and other HR documents. * Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures. * Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records. * Coordinate with **LMRA, SIO/GOSI, Tamkeen**, and other relevant government authorities. * Assist with employee queries, grievances, and general HR matters. * Ensure HR processes comply with Bahrain labour regulations and company policies. * Prepare HR reports and support management with HR\-related requirements. **Requirements** * Male candidate currently based in the Kingdom of Bahrain. * Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * 2–4 years of relevant HR experience. * Strong practical knowledge of LMRA and SIO/GOSI procedures. * Hands\-on experience with payroll processing. * Previous experience in recruitment and employee onboarding/offboarding. * Good knowledge of Bahrain labour regulations and HR practices. * Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word. * Knowledge of Tamkeen programmes and procedures is an advantage. * Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to manage multiple priorities. * Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred. **Interested candidates are requested to apply through Indeed only by submitting their updated CV.** Work Location: In person
