· Assign positions to class assistants based on requirements and skills · Call students into class as per time slot (half hour). · Monitor the students and ensure that they are doing the work at a steady pace in the best environment. GIVE FEEDBACK TO PARENT by phone for all tests, to Kumon standard (x3\) KIS details. · Make sure children leave within half an hour and the next batch is called in. · Manage class assistants to work as required according to their skills (rotate to busy areas). · Updated attendance to be sent along with the respective fee bag at end of class. · Sign the hourly – paid assistants’ schedules. · Retain files needing urgent attention for the following morning. **Skills Required;** \- Education Required: Bachelor in Mathematics Education \- Minimum Teaching Experience: 2 years of teaching experience \- Required Certificates: Teaching Credential/License Job Type: Full\-time Pay: BD350\.000 \- BD400\.000 per month
