This leadership role is responsible for developing compelling content that strengthens brand awareness, engages target audiences, and supports business growth across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional editorial, leadership, and communication skills who can manage creative teams while ensuring consistent brand messaging. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement the company's overall content strategy. * Lead and mentor writers, editors, designers, videographers, and content creators. * Plan, review, edit, and approve content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials. * Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand identity, tone, and marketing objectives. * Collaborate with marketing, design, sales, and business development teams on integrated campaigns. * Manage editorial calendars and oversee timely content delivery. * Monitor content performance using analytics and recommend improvements. * Optimize content for SEO and digital engagement. * Research market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new content opportunities. * Maintain high editorial standards, accuracy, and quality across all published content. * Manage content budgets, workflows, and external creative partners when required. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, English, or a related field. * 5\+ years of experience in content management, editorial leadership, digital marketing, or media production. * Proven experience leading creative or editorial teams. * Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills. * Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media platforms. * Experience with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools such as Google Analytics is preferred. * Strong project management, organizational, and leadership abilities. * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast\-paced environment.
