The Teacher will deliver engaging lessons, support student development, and monitor academic progress. In addition to teaching, the Teacher will contribute to the development, review, and continuous improvement of the company's curriculum, educational content, learning resources, and assessment materials to ensure a high\-quality learning experience for students. **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver engaging lessons using the curriculum and learning materials. * Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the company's curriculum, educational content, and learning resources. * Guide and support students throughout their learning journey. * Assess student performance through assignments, quizzes, and activities. * Monitor student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback. * Maintain accurate attendance and student academic records. * Foster a positive, inclusive, and interactive learning environment. * Communicate professionally with students, parents, and the academic team. * Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating lesson plans, curriculum, assessments, worksheets, presentations, and other educational resources. * Create and improve educational content to ensure it is engaging, accurate, and aligned with the company's academic standards. * Research and recommend innovative teaching strategies and learning tools to enhance the student experience. * Participate in curriculum planning, academic meetings, training sessions, and other professional development activities. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field (or currently pursuing one is an advantage). * Previous teaching or tutoring experience is preferred but not essential. * Passion for teaching, curriculum development, and helping students succeed. **Skills \& Competencies** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent classroom management and student engagement abilities. * Good organizational and time management skills. * Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn. * Ability to develop and review educational content and curriculum materials. * Comfortable using online communication and learning platforms. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
