We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our MEA Supply Chain team as the **MEA Senior LCM Leader \+ CT Lead**. This role is pivotal in driving productivity, cost transformation, and innovation across our GCC sites, while also leading fibre implementation strategies aligned with our sustainability goals. Key Responsibilities: * Lead LCM/R\&D support for productivity initiatives across GCC sites \- Manage the business unit product and project portfolio in line with central and local strategic plans, act as the product expert in the local manufacturing and business teams, provide support as needed to maintain or improve our product quality while delivering outstanding Cost Transformation value. * Drive PRS sales in GCC (1,500–2,500 tonnes/year), ensuring optimal capacity utilization. * Act as the fibre implementation lead for MEA \- Lead the planning and implementation of fibre activities across MEA, to support delivery of DTV \& R\&D strategies. * Deliver training and act as the key contact for productivity initiatives in emerging markets\- lead and drive the MEA productivity ensuring governance, workshops, trainings to achieve external saving across full value stream, ensuring all levers deliver their targets : MEA Mill sites (Askar, Dammam \& Epping ) , MEA Procurement, MEA Logistics, MEA DtV. * Ensure governance and execution of cost transformation across MEA Mill sites, Procurement, Logistics, and DtV (\~$10M impact). * The individual needs to Develop and maintain effective networks and relationships internally and externally to ensure functional efforts are delivering against key business deliverables. **About Us** Huggies®.
