Job Description We are seeking an **Operations Logistics Specialist** to coordinate logistics processes, optimize the supply chain, and ensure efficient delivery of goods and services. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, operations management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities * **Supply Chain Management**: Oversee material and product flows from origin to destination. * **Process Optimization**: Design improvements to logistics procedures to increase efficiency. * **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishments. * **Transportation Coordination**: Arrange routes and transport modes for on-time deliveries. * **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure alignment with local and international regulations. * **Supplier Management**: Negotiate contracts and coordinate with strategic partners. * **Strategic Reporting**: Prepare logistics performance reports for management. Requirements * Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in logistics operations or supply chain management. * Advanced knowledge of logistics management tools (ERP, WMS, TMS). * Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. * Familiarity with logistics trends in Bahrain is a plus. * Advanced English (spoken and written).
