Lead a team of technicians and provide excellent customer service **Job Overview** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled **Rigging Supervisor** to oversee operations and ensure the efficient functioning of our rig equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in vehicle maintenance, mechanics, and customer service, with the ability to manage a team effectively. This role is crucial for maintaining safety standards and optimizing performance in a dynamic work environment. **Responsibilities** * Supervise daily operations of rig equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations. * Maintain and repair rig machinery using hand tools, power tools, and ohmmeters. * Fabricate parts as necessary to ensure the rig is operational at all times. * Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on vehicles and equipment to prevent downtime. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly. * Lead a team of technicians, providing guidance and training as needed. * Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with rig operations. * Document maintenance activities and report any issues to upper management. **Experience** * Proven experience in rigging supervision or a related field is preferred. * Strong mechanical skills with experience in vehicle maintenance and repair. * Familiarity with operating power tools, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment such as ohmmeters. * Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding conditions. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. * Previous experience in a supervisory role is an advantage.
