Mandatory Odoo ERP system experience job Summary: Responsible for handling all accounting and financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions, monitoring revenues and expenses, preparing financial reports, and managing accounting tasks through the Odoo system. Duties \& Responsibilities: Record all daily financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Monitor sales, purchases, expenses, and revenues. Prepare periodic financial reports for management. Handle cash and petty cash operations and ensure balance accuracy. Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable. Follow up on collections, payments, and financial settlements. Perform bank reconciliations and financial matching. Enter and review accounting data in the Odoo system. Monitor inventory\-related financial transactions. Issue and review invoices and ensure accuracy. Coordinate with all departments regarding financial and administrative matters. Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information. Perform any other accounting or administrative duties assigned by management. Requirements \& Qualifications: Previous experience in accounting is required. Experience in using Odoo ERP system is mandatory. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork skills. Work Location: In person
