**Job Overview** We are seeking a talented **Architect** with strong experience in interior design projects. You will be responsible for concept development, technical drawings, and coordinating with clients and site teams to ensure smooth project execution. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop interior design concepts, space planning, and architectural layouts. * Prepare detailed 2D drawings, 3D models, and high\-quality renderings. * Understand client requirements and translate them into functional design solutions. * Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants throughout project stages. * Conduct site visits, take measurements, and monitor design implementation. * Assist with material selection, finishes, lighting layouts, and furniture placement. * Ensure all designs meet local regulations and project standards. **Required Skills \& Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture. * Strong proficiency in **AutoCAD**, **Revit**, **SketchUp**, **3ds Max**, and related design tools. * Solid understanding of interior materials, detailing, and design execution. * Ability to produce professional drawings and 3D presentations. * Excellent communication, coordination, and project\-handling skills.
