The ideal candidate will manage product strategies, coordinate with design and development teams, analyze user needs, and ensure successful delivery of high\-quality web solutions that meet business goals. **Key Responsibilities:** * Define and manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for web platforms. * Coordinate with developers, UI/UX designers, marketing teams, and stakeholders. * Manage the full product lifecycle from concept development to launch and optimization. * Gather and analyze customer requirements, feedback, and market trends. * Prioritize product features, improvements, and development tasks. * Create product documentation, specifications, and project plans. * Monitor website performance, user experience, and business metrics. * Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for improvement. * Ensure web products are user\-friendly, scalable, and aligned with company objectives. * Track project progress and resolve issues affecting product delivery. **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred. * Proven experience as a Product Manager, Web Product Manager, or similar role. * Strong understanding of web technologies, software development processes, and digital products. * Experience managing product roadmaps and Agile/Scrum workflows. * Knowledge of UI/UX principles and user\-centered design. * Ability to analyze data and use insights to improve product performance. * Strong project management and organizational skills. * Excellent communication and leadership abilities. * Experience working with cross\-functional teams. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. **Preferred Skills:** * Experience with e\-commerce platforms, SaaS products, or web applications. * Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and product management tools. * Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, APIs, and web development workflows is an advantage.
