We are looking for passionate and energetic individuals to join our team. **Position Overview:** We are seeking a skilled and customer\-focused **Bartender / Barista** who can prepare and serve both alcoholic and non\-alcoholic beverages while delivering exceptional service to our guests. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including coffee, mocktails, cocktails, and specialty drinks * Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and coffee station * Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner * Manage stock levels and inform management of shortages * Follow hygiene, safety, and company SOP standards at all times **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Bartender or Barista in a restaurant, bar, or café * Good knowledge of coffee preparation and alcoholic \& non\-alcoholic beverage mixing * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment * Team player with a positive attitude * Basic English communication skills (Arabic is a plus) * **Must be available to join immediately** **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary package * Career growth opportunities within RS Management * Dynamic and supportive work environment Work Location: In person
