Competitive salary and performance-based project incentives About the Role Avirat Industrial Cooling is seeking a detail\-oriented and results\-driven Mechanical Project Engineer to oversee the engineering, installation, and commissioning of our industrial cooling and HVAC systems. In this role, you will manage project execution from technical design review through on\-site execution, ensuring solutions are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Key Responsibilities * Project Execution \& Management: Lead end\-to\-end mechanical engineering activities for industrial cooling systems, chilling plants, and heat exchanger installations. * Technical Review \& Design: Review engineering drawings (P\&IDs, GA drawings, piping layouts) and technical specifications to ensure alignment with client requirements and quality standards. * On\-Site Supervision \& Commissioning: Oversee equipment installation, testing, balancing, and commissioning on project sites, resolving technical issues in real time. * Resource \& Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and client site teams to maintain material flow, installation schedules, and quality control. * Safety \& Compliance: Enforce site safety regulations (HSE), technical codes, and quality assurance standards across all installation phases. Requirements * Experience: 3–6\+ years of experience in mechanical project engineering, focusing on industrial cooling, HVAC, chilling plants, or heavy machinery installation. * Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, piping systems, and proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD design tools. * Project Management Skills: Hands\-on experience with project scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera P6\), site management, and cost control. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
