




We are looking to hire a hard\-working and efficient commis chef to prepare meal ingredients for the chef de partie and assist with various kitchen duties. **Operations** * Follow all internal policies and procedures * To be fully knowledgeable of the Allergens Matrix * To be knowledgeable of the chemicals and other hazardous substances policies * Keep the Kitchen and the common areas up to hygiene standards * Check that your line always contains fresh food and all the prep that you will need to run the * Always check that labels have not expired * Label all products before putting them in the fridge, with the production and expiry date * Always have the section clean while working. **Communication** * To promote positivity and a teamwork attitude * To communicate efficiently with the management team * Create a peaceful and positive working environment, contribute to teamwork **Requirements:** * The ability to work under pressure. * Excellent organizational skills. * Effective communication skills.
