The successful candidate will coordinate daily clinical operations, support healthcare professionals, ensure efficient patient care processes, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate daily clinical activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. * Schedule patient appointments, procedures, and follow\-up visits. * Serve as the primary liaison between patients, healthcare providers, laboratories, and external partners. * Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations. * Monitor clinical workflows and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency. * Assist healthcare professionals with administrative and operational support. * Coordinate referrals, diagnostic testing, and treatment plans. * Ensure medical supplies and clinical resources are adequately maintained. * Prepare clinical reports, documentation, and performance records. * Support quality assurance initiatives and ensure compliance with internal policies and healthcare standards. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Medical Sciences, Public Health, or a related field. * Previous experience in clinical coordination, healthcare administration, medical office management, or a similar role is preferred. * Strong understanding of healthcare operations, patient care coordination, and medical documentation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record (EMR) systems. * Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities. * Ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced healthcare environment. * Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient confidentiality requirements.
