Involves MEP, civil works, Furniture, Joinery, and finishes We are seeking an experienced Junior Estimator with experience in Interior fit\-out projects. This role is vital to delivering detailed, accurate, and transparent costings across various trades—MEP, civil works, Furniture, Joinery and final finishes. Key Responsibilities Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Experience: 10 years of relevant experience in estimation or quantity surveying Technical Knowledge in understanding of Architectural and MEP drawings, BOQs, and interior fit\-out materials. Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office. EXPERIENCE commercial costing, tendering procedures, and material pricing Skills \& Competencies: Strong analytical and numerical skills Good attention to detail and accuracy Basic understanding of interior finishes (gypsum, partitions, joinery, flooring, etc.) Effective communication and teamwork skills Job Types: Full\-time, Contract Work Location: In person
