The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating business and investment portfolios, preparing financial reports, analyzing market trends, and providing strategic recommendations to support informed decision\-making. This role requires excellent analytical skills, financial knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross\-functional teams. Key Responsibilities * Analyze and monitor portfolio performance, identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities. * Prepare regular portfolio performance reports, financial analyses, and management presentations. * Conduct market research and evaluate industry developments that may impact portfolio performance. * Support investment planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities. * Assess financial data and recommend strategies to optimize portfolio returns while managing risk. * Maintain accurate portfolio records and ensure data integrity. * Collaborate with finance, operations, and senior management to support business objectives. * Develop financial models and performance metrics to evaluate investment outcomes. * Assist with asset allocation reviews and portfolio optimization initiatives. * Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and internal controls. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in portfolio analysis, financial analysis, investment management, or a related role. * Strong understanding of financial markets, investment principles, and portfolio management. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools. * Experience with financial reporting systems and data visualization tools is an advantage. * Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast\-paced environment.
