The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and monitoring financial, operational, and regulatory risks while providing recommendations that support sound business decisions and protect organizational assets. This role is ideal for a professional with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of risk management principles within the financial services industry. Key Responsibilities * Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across business operations, financial activities, and investment portfolios. * Identify potential operational, financial, compliance, and strategic risks. * Evaluate risk exposure and recommend effective mitigation strategies. * Prepare detailed risk assessment reports and present findings to senior management. * Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and maintain accurate risk registers. * Collaborate with compliance, finance, audit, and business teams to strengthen internal controls. * Review policies and procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. * Support internal and external audit activities by providing risk\-related documentation. * Monitor emerging market trends and regulatory developments that may impact the organization. * Promote a strong risk management culture through training and awareness initiatives. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. * Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in risk management, financial analysis, compliance, audit, or a related discipline. * Strong knowledge of enterprise risk management, financial risk analysis, and internal control frameworks. * Familiarity with regulatory requirements and corporate governance practices. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and risk management or data analysis software. * Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and critical\-thinking skills. * Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. * Professional certifications such as FRM, PRM, CIA, or CRMA are considered an advantage.
