***Responsibilities:*** * Construct, install, and repair wooden structures and fixtures, including walls, floors, ceilings, roofs, cabinets, doors, and windows. * Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine the scope of work and material requirements. * Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials using hand tools and power tools. * Assemble and fasten structures and fixtures using nails, screws, glue, and other fasteners. * Finish carpentry work, including sanding, staining, and painting. * Maintenance and Repair: * Inspect and assess the condition of existing structures and fixtures. * Repair damaged or worn\-out structures and fixtures. * Perform other duties as may be reasonably required from time to time. ***Requirements:*** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Has knowledge in reading drawings and preparing cutting lists. * Has knowledge in finishing work as per drawings and specifications. * Has knowledge in material follow\-up and machine operations. * Has knowledge in operating required machines independently. * Has knowledge in taking site measurements accurately. * Has knowledge in making jigs to achieve faster and efficient output. * Has knowledge in guiding and supervising other carpenters in drawings and cutting lists. * Has knowledge in maintaining a strong sense of responsibility and workmanship.
