




**Job Description** * Assist in preparing quantity take\-offs from drawings and project specifications. * Support in developing preliminary cost estimates and budgets under supervision. * Track and report project costs to ensure alignment with budget expectations. * Aid in the preparation and evaluation of variations and change orders. * Assist in interim and final valuations and reports. * Coordinate with senior quantity surveyors, project managers, and site teams. * Help ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations. * Support the processing of contractor claims and documentation. * Assist in the calculation of material requirements at various stages. * Monitor project milestones and update work progress records. **Qualification \& Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. * 1–2 years of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects (internships or training experience considered). * Basic understanding of construction processes and materials. * Familiarity with quantity surveying tools/software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, WinQS, or similar). * Strong numerical and analytical skills. * Keen attention to detail with willingness to learn and grow. * Good communication and teamwork abilities.
