The ideal candidate will supervise logistics staff, coordinate transportation activities, and optimize operational performance while maintaining high service and safety standards. **Responsibilities** * Supervise daily logistics and transportation operations. * Coordinate shipping, delivery, and distribution schedules. * Lead, train, and evaluate logistics team members. * Monitor inventory movement and shipment accuracy. * Ensure compliance with company policies, transportation regulations, and safety standards. * Resolve logistics issues, delivery delays, and operational challenges. * Analyze logistics performance and implement process improvements. * Prepare operational reports and collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. * Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations, including supervisory experience. * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Knowledge of logistics, distribution, and inventory management processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics or ERP systems. * Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and time management abilities. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
