Involves marketing, design, and digital responsibilities The Marketing Executive will work in a collaborative and creative environment, with opportunities to contribute to multiple brands and exciting projects. The role involves working closely with the marketing team and reporting directly to the department head, supporting all marketing, design, and digital tasks. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and brand activities across digital and offline channels. * Support with social media content creation, content caldendars, scheduling and managing social media accounts. * Work closely with the team to ensure all materials follow the brand identity. * Monitor competitors, stay up to date with current trends to support marketing decisions and to enhance our creative direction. * Prepare marketing reports on campaign performance when needed. * Help organize and support photoshoot and video shoot sessions, including creating moodboards, preparing references and assisting during the shoot. * Coordinate with influencers and PR partners, including communcation, follow\-ups and supporting campaign deliveres. * Contribute fresh ideas for campaigns and creative concepts. **Graphic Design:** * Design high\-quality visual designs for social media, print materials, presentations, and brand assets. * Develop creative concepts that align with each brand’s identity, style and direction. * Produce basic animations or short motion graphics when required. * Ensure all designs and materials are consistent, on\-brand and within brand guidelines. * Organize and maintain a digital library of design files, references and brand assets. * Ensure all artwork is print\-ready and aligned with production requirements when needed. **UX \& Web Design:** * Design intuitive user experiences and user interfaces for websites and digital platforms. * Work closely with developers to deliver responsive website layouts and design updates. * Suggest improvements to enhance the website’s user experience and flow. * Maintain, update, and enhance company websites’ structure, layout, and content. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, Business, or a related field. * At least 3 to 5 of experience in a marketing role (internships or agency experience can be included). * Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, work with cross\-functional teams, and coordinate external parties (designers, vendors, agencies). * Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems or CRM software. * Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), and social media schedulers. * Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time\-management skills. * Adobe preferred CGI experience Work Location: In person
