Ability to monitor material usage and manage workforce for project schedules **Job Description** * Comprehensive technical knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing installation, testing, and commissioning procedures specifically for Villas and High\-Rise Buildings. * Ability to interpret MEP drawings, schematics, single\-line diagrams, and shop drawings to guide site installation teams. * Expertise in coordinating MEP services with structural and architectural elements to prevent site clashes and rework. * Ability to supervise daily site activities, manage subcontractor workforces, and ensure work is executed according to approved method statements and engineering standards. **Strong understanding of local regulatory standards, safety codes, and international engineering best practices.** * Experience in conducting routine site inspections, managing snags, and ensuring high standards of quality assurance. * **Ability to monitor material usage, track equipment deployment, and oversee daily labor allocation to meet project schedules.** * Competence in maintaining site progress records, daily logs, and reporting delays or site constraints to the MEP Engineer * **Strict adherence to construction site safety regulations, permit\-to\-work systems, and proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).** * Ability to open, view, and read MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings, and layout schematics directly on\-site. * **Cross\-referencing dimensions and layout details against structural/architectural drawings.** * Basic familiarity with reviewing 3D models and clash\-detection reports on\-site to resolve routing conflicts for HVAC, piping, and electrical services. * **Using** MS Excel **for tracking daily material logs, equipment deployment sheets, and workforce deployment** Work Location: In person
