Provide exceptional customer service **Job Overview:** We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Barista to join our team at C45 Artisan Coffee. As a Barista, you will specialize in crafting high\-quality specialty coffee using precise brewing techniques and delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, including espresso\-based beverages, pour\-over, AeroPress, and other manual brewing methods. * Maintain a deep understanding of coffee origins, flavor profiles, and brewing techniques to educate customers and recommend drinks based on their preferences. * Calibrate espresso machines and grinders to ensure optimal extraction and consistent quality. * Ensure accurate use of the POS system for orders and payments. * Use upselling techniques to recommend additional products and improve customer experience. * Maintain cleanliness in the cafe, including workstations, equipment, and seating areas. * Provide friendly and professional customer service. * Manage stock levels and inform the supervisor when supplies are low. * Follow health and safety guidelines at all times. **Requirements:** * Previous barista or specialty coffee experience is preferred but not required. * Strong passion for specialty coffee and willingness to develop skills in manual brewing methods. * Excellent communication, upselling, and customer service skills. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment. * Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
