Ensure material quality, quantity, and project specifications are met We are looking for an experienced **Purchaser / Construction Purchaser** to manage purchasing and procurement activities for our construction projects. * **Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Purchasing/Procurement within the construction industry.** * Source construction materials, tools, equipment, and consumables. * Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers. * Prepare and process **Purchase Orders (POs), GRNs, delivery notes, and invoices**. * Coordinate with suppliers, site teams, and stores for timely material delivery. * Monitor pending orders and delivery schedules. * Maintain supplier records, purchase registers, and procurement documents. * Coordinate with accounts for invoice verification and payment processing. * Ensure materials received meet required **quantity, quality, and project specifications**.
