Gain exposure to diverse projects not typically seen until later in careers **Corporate Development Analyst / Associate** Bahrain \| Full\-time The Feelgood Company is behind Ramenara and a growing portfolio of hospitality brands. We build, acquire, and scale exciting food \& beverage concepts, while also providing strategic advisory services to hospitality businesses across the region. We're looking for an ambitious Corporate Development Analyst or Associate to work directly with our founders and leadership team on some of the company's most important strategic initiatives. This isn't a traditional analyst/associate role. One week you might be building a financial model for a new restaurant concept. The next, you could be coordinating the launch of a new brand, developing a franchise opportunity, supporting a hospitality consulting engagement, evaluating an acquisition, or analyzing operational performance to identify opportunities for growth. **What You’ll Do:** * Build strategic business plans and financial models for new concepts and strategic initiatives. * Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions. * Prepare investment presentations, franchise proposals, and business cases. * Project manage concept development, restaurant openings, franchising, and growth initiatives. * Support hospitality advisory projects across strategy, operations, concept development, and commercial growth. * Analyze operational and financial performance to identify opportunities for improvement. * Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic decision\-making. **What We’re Looking For:** * Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline. * MBA is an advantage, but not essential. * Must currently reside in Bahrain and hold valid legal residency/work status. * Relevant work experience in strategy consulting, financial consulting, investment banking, financial accounting and audit *(This will determine Analyst or Associate level entry)* * Strong financial modelling and analytical skills. * Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency. * Excellent communication and project management skills. * Commercially minded, detail\-oriented, and highly organized. * Comfortable working both in the office and on\-site. * Curious, proactive, and excited by building businesses. **Why Join Us?** You'll work directly with the leadership team on projects that genuinely shape the future of the business.
