**Job Description** **VAM Systems** is currently looking for **Desktop Support Technician** for our **Bahrain** operations with the following skillsets \& terms and conditions: **Skills** * Experience in health care sector will be added value. * 24/7 Support to all PCs with peripheral devices and for more than 9000 users. * Provide technical assistance to endusers regarding hardware, software, and network\-related issues. * Support more than 9000 Employee. * Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with computers, printers, peripherals, and other IT equipment. * Install and configure desktop computers, laptops, and related hardware. Set up and maintain software applications, operating systems, and drivers. * Perform routine maintenance on desktops and laptops, including hardware upgrades and repairs. * IT Procurement and Vendor Management to related devices and equipment. **Skills \& Qualifications** * ITIL Foundation * Customer Service certificate * Communication Skills * Microsoft OS knowledge and troubleshooting skills. **Terms and conditions** **Joining time frame: (15 \- 30 days)**
