Coordinate with engineers to resolve construction and finishing issues URGENTLY HIRING – FINISHING SUPERVISOR We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated **Finishing Supervisor** to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating villa finishing works, ensuring that all activities are completed to the required quality standards and project schedule. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate daily finishing activities at villa construction sites. * Monitor and ensure proper execution of **block work, plastering, painting, and tile installation**. * Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. * Coordinate and supervise workers, subcontractors, and site activities. * Inspect completed works and ensure timely correction of any defects or deficiencies. * Monitor project progress and ensure finishing activities are completed within the required schedule. * Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and site organization. * Coordinate with engineers and other site personnel to resolve construction and finishing issues. Required Qualifications \& Skills * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in **Civil Engineering**. * Minimum **3–5 years of relevant experience** in construction, preferably in villa projects. * Proven hands\-on experience in: * Villa structures * Block work * Plastering * Painting * Tile installation * Strong knowledge of finishing works and construction practices. * Good leadership, supervision, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to manage manpower and coordinate multiple site activities effectively.
