Summary: Seeking an HSE professional with a strong background in fabrication and construction to ensure occupational safety and environmental compliance. Highlights: 1. Candidates with direct fabrication-yard experience are strongly preferred. **Industry:** Steel/Pipe Fabrication / Construction / Oil \& Gas **Location:** Bahrain **Minimum Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in **Occupational Health \& Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, or a related discipline**. * **NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) in Occupational Health \& Safety – mandatory.** * Additional HSE certifications such as **IOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001 Internal/Lead Auditor, First Aid, Fire Safety, or other recognized HSE training** are an advantage. * **1–3 years of relevant HSE experience**, preferably within **steel fabrication, pipe fabrication, construction, shipyard, oil \& gas, or petrochemical projects**. * Candidates with direct **fabrication\-yard experience** involving welding, cutting, grinding, lifting operations, scaffolding, working at height, confined space, hot work and material handling should be strongly preferred. * **Must currently reside in Bahrain**. * Good working knowledge of **Bahrain HSE legislation, occupational safety requirements and site safety practices**. * Good English communication and report\-writing skills. * Proficient in **MS Office**, particularly Word and Excel.
