Confidently close sales contracts to meet monthly targets **Job Summary** We are seeking a talented, driven, and professional **Female Sales Interior Designer** to join our growing team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative design and business growth. You will meet with clients in our showroom and conduct on\-site consultations (including private residential visits), understand their vision, create beautiful functional layouts, and close sales by pitching our premium products and design solutions.If you are a creative problem\-solver with a passion for interior styling and a proven track record of hitting sales targets, we want to hear from you. **What You Will Do** * **Consult:** Meet with clients in the showroom and conduct on\-site consultations to analyze their space, style preferences, and budget requirements. * **Design:** Develop inspiring 2D/3D layouts, mood boards, and material presentations using design software. * **Sell:** Guide clients through our product catalog, confidently handle objections, and close sales contracts to meet monthly targets. * **Estimate:** Prepare detailed, accurate cost estimates, quotes, and project timelines for clients. * **Coordinate:** Work closely with project managers, suppliers, and installation teams to ensure the final setup matches your approved design. **What We Are Looking For** * Female candidate preferred * Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design. * 2\+ years of experience in interior design, specifically within a retail showroom, or fit\-out sales environment. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or alternative 3D rendering software. * Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills with a target\-driven mindset. * Fluent in English and Arabic Work Location: In person
