Preparing technical reports and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) Job Description Job Title: Technical Services Supervisor Supervise all technical services activities to ensure efficient delivery of maintenance and technical support in accordance with approved quality standards. Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, and monitor their execution to ensure continuous operation of equipment and facilities. Lead the technical team, assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide continuous technical training and guidance. Track technical service requests and respond to emergency breakdowns, ensuring prompt issue resolution and minimizing downtime. Coordinate with operational departments, contractors, and suppliers to ensure technical work is executed according to specifications and timelines. Monitor compliance with quality standards, health, safety, and environment (HSE) requirements, and applicable technical regulations in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Prepare annual maintenance plans and manage materials, spare parts, and tools to ensure workforce readiness. Prepare and monitor the Technical Services Department budget, improve operational efficiency, and reduce maintenance costs. Prepare periodic technical reports, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide recommendations for service improvement. Participate in continuous improvement projects, develop technical procedures, and implement best practices in technical services management. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and relevant technical standards.
