The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of documents while coordinating with clients and relevant authorities. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare, review, and verify visa application documents for accuracy and completeness * Maintain and organize records of all visa\-related documentation * Coordinate with clients to collect required documents and provide guidance on requirements * Ensure compliance with immigration laws, regulations, and company policies * Track application progress and follow up with relevant authorities when needed * Handle data entry and maintain updated records in internal systems * Assist in resolving documentation issues or discrepancies **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in any discipline * 0\-1 years of experience in visa processing, document control, or a similar role * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Good knowledge of documentation procedures and compliance standards * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) * Excellent communication and coordination skills **Preferred Skills:** * Familiarity with immigration/visa processes in GCC (especially Bahrain) * Ability to handle multiple applications and meet deadlines **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary package * Professional work environment * Opportunities for growth and development Work Location: In person
