The ideal candidate is professional, well\-groomed, and experienced in delivering exceptional service in a luxury retail environment. Candidates must be confident in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Excel, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for jewelry. Key Responsibilities: * Greet customers with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm * Understand customer needs and assist in selecting appropriate jewelry pieces * Provide product knowledge and recommendations tailored to each client * Process transactions accurately using the POS system * Maintain inventory records and assist in stock management using Excel * Handle customer inquiries and after\-sales support in a courteous and timely manner * Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards * Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling high\-value items and customer information Requirements: * Prior experience in retail sales * Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Excel * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong sales abilities * Well\-dressed and presentable at all times * Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus Pay: BD200\.000 \- BD300\.000 per month Work Location: In person
