We’re looking for an **AI Program Associate** who can transform strategy into execution — taking research, drafts, and data, and turning them into polished, published, and well‑organized outputs. **Responsibilities:** * Develop finished articles and weekly digests from research and notes. * Manage the content calendar, publish across channels, and ensure timely delivery. * Oversee email campaigns, deploy surveys, and maintain engagement. * Collect and organize member responses, offerings, and listings * Build and maintain a member marketplace using no‑code platforms (Webflow, Notion, Airtable). * Keep the AI course catalog current as new content is added. * Prepare quarterly reports and maintain performance dashboards. **Requirements:** * Bachelors in Business Information, IT or related field * Ability to produce clean, finished copy from rough inputs. * Self‑directed, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing recurring operational tasks. * Experience with email tools and basic CRM systems. * Comfortable using AI tools to support content and operations. * Background in learning and development or training environments is a plus * Communication Skills \- English and Arabic Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Work Location: In person
