The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, manage cross\-functional teams, and champion digital\-first practices across the organization. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. * 10\+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT strategy, or enterprise solutions. * Proven expertise in managing large\-scale digital projects. * Strong knowledge of cloud computing, AI, ERP systems, and data analytics. * Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Familiarity with Bahrain’s digital ecosystem and GCC market trends is an advantage.
