Support a culture of collaboration and continuous learning U M Consultancy Services W.L.L. is seeking an Organizational Development Manager to support initiatives that strengthen organizational capability, improve workplace effectiveness, and align people practices with business objectives. This role will work across different functions to enhance organizational performance through structured development programs, process improvements, and change initiatives. Responsibilities \- Design and implement organizational development initiatives that support business strategy and long\-term growth. \- Evaluate organizational structures, workflows, and business practices to identify opportunities for improvement. \- Partner with department leaders to develop workforce planning and organizational effectiveness solutions. \- Coordinate change management activities to support the successful implementation of new business initiatives. \- Assist in developing competency frameworks, role profiles, and performance improvement programs. \- Monitor organizational development projects and prepare reports on progress, outcomes, and recommendations. \- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and collaborative sessions to encourage continuous improvement and employee engagement. \- Review internal policies and organizational procedures to ensure they remain effective and aligned with business requirements. \- Support leadership in fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. Qualifications \- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Management, or a related discipline. \- Previous experience in organizational development, human resources, business transformation, change management, or talent development. \- Strong analytical, planning, and problem\-solving skills. \- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. \- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. \- Good command of written and spoken English.
