In this role, you will transform raw data into high\-performance dashboards and automated insights that support business growth, live commerce, auctions, seller performance, and operations. You will work closely with product, growth, account management, and leadership teams to ensure data is accurate, scalable, and actionable. **Key Responsibilities** **Data Modeling \& Analytics** * Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports from scratch * Build efficient DAX measures and calculated columns * Create optimized Snowflake schema data models (fact \& dimension tables) * Define, track, and maintain key business KPIs (GMV, AARRR funnel, conversion, retention, seller performance) * Translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions **ETL, Data Preparation \& Performance** * Perform ETL and data cleansing using Power Query and Power BI * Integrate data from multiple sources (databases, applications, APIs, files) * Optimize Power BI performance and ensure reliable data refreshes * Troubleshoot data quality and performance issues **Platform, Automation \& Integrations** * Manage Power BI environments, datasets, gateways, and refresh schedules * Develop Power Automate workflows and RPA flows for reporting and alerts * Work with JSON data, MongoDB, and API\-based sources when required * Support near real\-time reporting for live events and auctions **Cloud \& Infrastructure** * Work with Microsoft Azure services related to analytics * Collaborate with engineering teams on data pipelines and architecture **Requirements** * 2\+ years of experience using Power BI in a production environment * Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling * Solid experience with Snowflake schema design * Strong SQL skills * Experience with ETL processes and data cleansing * Familiarity with MongoDB, JSON parsing, and APIs * Experience building Power Automate / RPA workflows * Understanding of e\-commerce or marketplace KPIs (GMV, CAC, LTV, funnels) * Strong communication skills and ability to present insights to non\-technical stakeholders Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent, Contract Application Question(s): * What is your email address ? * What is your expected salary ? * How many years of experience do you have in Power BI ? * How many years of experience do you have in Data Analysis?
