The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, preparing proposals, and supporting project execution to ensure successful delivery. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of civil works, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
