Building and managing relationships with clients and government agencies Job Description Job Title: Senior International Trade Advisor Providing strategic consulting to senior management on international trade, import/export activities, and global market expansion. Developing and implementing international trade strategies aligned with the company's objectives and regulatory requirements in the Kingdom of Bahrain and target markets. Advising on international trade agreements, customs tariffs, rules of origin, and commercial compliance requirements. Overseeing import/export operations and ensuring compliance with customs procedures, shipping documentation, and international regulations. Analyzing global markets, identifying business expansion opportunities, and preparing feasibility studies and investment recommendations. Building and managing relationships with international clients, suppliers, freight forwarders, government agencies, and chambers of commerce. Assessing and managing trade and supply chain risks, and developing risk mitigation plans to ensure business continuity. Supporting negotiations of international commercial contracts and agreements to secure optimal commercial terms for the company. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to international trade and preparing periodic reports for senior management. Ensuring compliance with customs regulations, export control systems, trade sanctions, anti-money laundering policies, and commercial compliance requirements. Tracking developments in global markets, economic agreements, and international legislation, and providing recommendations to enhance the company's competitiveness. Performing any other tasks assigned by the direct manager within the scope of work. Pay: BD1,150\.000 per month Work Location: In person
