Career progression and leadership opportunities **Job Title: Senior Strategy Consultant** Location: Building 313, Road 318, Block 308, Manama, Bahrain **About the Role** We are seeking a highly analytical and results\-driven Senior Strategy Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead strategic initiatives, advise senior stakeholders, and drive business transformation across diverse industries within Bahrain and the GCC. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the development of corporate and business unit strategies * Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and industry research * Identify growth opportunities, cost optimization initiatives, and operational improvements * Manage end\-to\-end consulting engagements from problem structuring to execution support * Develop financial models, business cases, and strategic roadmaps * Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and C\-level executives * Mentor junior consultants and oversee project teams * Collaborate with cross\-functional stakeholders to ensure successful implementation **Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred) * 5–10\+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or management consulting * Experience in a top\-tier consulting firm (e.g., Big4 or strategy boutiques) is highly preferred * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and quantitative skills * Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders * Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus) **Key Skills** * Strategic thinking and structured problem solving * Financial modeling and data analysis * Stakeholder management and client engagement * Project management and leadership * Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and performance\-based bonuses * Exposure to high\-impact regional projects * Career progression and leadership opportunities * Dynamic and collaborative work environment Job Types: Full\-time, Part\-time, Permanent Pay: BD12\.000 \- BD18\.000 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week Work Location: In person
