Monitor their performance and ensure strict adherence to company policies. * **Safety \& Security:** Conduct facility walk\-throughs, monitor security systems, ensure compliance with health regulations, and handle emergency protocols. * **Customer/Guest Relations:** Address and resolve customer complaints, concerns, or requests during non\-business hours. * **Administrative \& Reporting:** Prepare end\-of\-shift reports, balance daily transactions (e.g., night audits in hospitality), and log incidents. * **Inventory \& Quality Control:** Perform stock checks, replenish supplies if necessary, and ensure operational quality remains high. Key Qualifications \& Requirements * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, ideally within a similar industry (e.g., hospitality, retail, or facility management). * **Availability:** Must be willing and able to work consistent overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays. * **Skills:** Strong conflict resolution, leadership, and time\-management skills are vital, along with a solid understanding of health and safety standards.
