Role Overview We are seeking an experienced **Agribusiness Director** to lead our farming operations, oversee strategic growth, and drive innovation in sustainable agriculture. The successful candidate will provide executive leadership, manage cross\-functional teams, and ensure that Shades of Green Farm remains at the forefront of agribusiness excellence. Key Responsibilities * **Strategic planning**: Define and implement long\-term agribusiness strategies. * **Operational leadership**: Oversee farm operations, supply chains, and production efficiency. * **Sustainability initiatives**: Integrate eco\-friendly practices and promote sustainable agriculture. * **Market expansion**: Identify new opportunities in local and international markets. * **Partnership development**: Build relationships with distributors, government agencies, and agritech partners. * **Innovation**: Introduce modern farming technologies and digital solutions. * **Financial oversight**: Manage budgets, investments, and profitability targets. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or Business Administration. * 10\+ years of experience in agribusiness management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. * Strong knowledge of sustainable farming, agritech, and supply chain management. * Proven track record of driving growth and innovation in agriculture. * Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. * Familiarity with Bahrain’s agricultural landscape and GCC food security initiatives is an advantage.
