Summary: This role involves administering, configuring, and managing Microsoft 365 and AWS cloud environments, implementing security and compliance solutions, and supporting complex technical issues. Design, deploy, and support AWS cloud environments **Key Responsibilities** * Administer, configure, and manage Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and related services. * Implement and manage Microsoft Security solutions including Defender, XDR, Conditional Access, Identity Protection, and security best practices. * Configure and manage Microsoft Purview Compliance solutions including DLP, MIP, Sensitivity Labels, IRM, and governance controls. * Design, deploy, and support AWS cloud solutions including EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, RDS, CloudWatch, and AWS Landing Zone environments. * Perform AWS cloud assessments, migrations, upgrades, optimization, and modernization projects. * Manage AWS security, governance, cost optimization, monitoring, and operational best practices. * Install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments. * Manage and support virtualization platforms including Hyper\-V and VMware. * Perform Exchange migration activities including Hybrid Exchange, Tenant\-to\-Tenant, and Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migrations. * Deploy and manage Microsoft Sentinel, Intune, Active Directory, and Entra Connect environments. * Support cloud solution delivery, implementation, and managed services projects. * Participate in pre\-sales activities, RFP, including customer meetings, solution design, sizing, technical presentations, BOM preparation, and proposal support. * Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure high availability and operational efficiency. **Required Skills** * Strong hands\-on experience in Microsoft 365 Administration, Active Directory, Intune, Microsoft Security \& Compliance technologies. * Strong hands\-on experience with AWS services including EC2, IAM, VPC, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, AWS Organizations, and Landing Zones. * Experience with Microsoft Defender, XDR, Purview, Sentinel, and Hybrid Identity solutions. * Good understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, security, backup, and disaster recovery concepts. * Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and customer\-facing skills. **Good to Have** * Knowledge of SQL Server administration and troubleshooting. * Experience with AWS cost optimization, governance, billing management, and FinOps practices. * Terraform, CloudFormation, or Infrastructure as Code experience. * Microsoft and AWS certifications. * Experience in enterprise migration, cloud transformation, and managed services projects. **Preferred Experience** * 5\+ years of experience in Microsoft 365, AWS Cloud, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Administration technologies.
