Whether you're starting your culinary career or bringing years of expertise, we have a place for you. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare and cook Arabic/Lebanese dishes according to authentic recipes, quality, and presentation standards. * Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in all kitchen areas, following HACCP guidelines. * Assist in menu development, seasonal specials, and new Arabic/Lebanese dishes. * Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth and timely service. * Manage inventory, ensure proper storage, and minimize waste. * Supervise and mentor junior team members (for senior roles). ### **What We're Looking For** * Proven experience in **Arabic and Lebanese cuisine** is **mandatory**. * Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality/F\&B industry. * Knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and HACCP standards. * Strong teamwork, communication, and time\-management skills. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment with high attention to detail. * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
