An outgoing, people\-friendly personality with an ability to think on your feet during changing situations is essential. **Requirements** * Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service. * Great conversational skills and teamwork\-oriented. * Previous hostess experience and knowledge of reservations systems. * Telephone etiquette knowledge. * Personality: outgoing, warm, welcoming, smiling and pleasant with positive outlook. * Fluency in English is mandatory. * Proficiency in multiple languages is beneficial. **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure the smooth running of restaurant reservations and reception. * Process reservations requests via telephone and email. * Greet guests promptly and courteously. * Work as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries. * Take ownership of guest concerns/ requests and act decisively in order to ensure guest satisfaction. * Always be aware of guest preferences and assist in compiling guest history to offer a unique and personalized service at all times Work Location: In person
