Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills **Position:** Senior Project Manager **Location:** Manama, Bahrain **Company:** Bapco Refining **Salary:** BHD 2,000–3,500 per month **Working Hours** Full\-time **Short Professional Job Description** Lead and manage major projects from planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to required quality and safety standards. Coordinate project teams, contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, manage, and deliver projects from initiation to completion * Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans * Lead project teams and coordinate contractors and consultants * Monitor project progress, costs, risks, and performance * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements * Prepare project reports and present updates to senior management * Resolve project issues and implement corrective actions **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Business, or a related field * Proven experience managing large\-scale or complex projects * Strong leadership, planning, and problem\-solving skills * Excellent communication and stakeholder\-management abilities * PMP or equivalent project\-management certification is preferred * Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and project\-management software Pay: BD2,000\.000 \- BD3,500\.000 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Manama
