Role Overview We are seeking a detail\-oriented **IT Project Administrator** to support project planning, documentation, and coordination. This role requires strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and a passion for managing IT projects efficiently. Key Responsibilities * **Project coordination**: Assist project managers in scheduling, resource allocation, and task tracking. * **Documentation**: Prepare project reports, maintain records, and ensure compliance with standards. * **Stakeholder communication**: Facilitate updates between technical teams and clients. * **Risk monitoring**: Track project risks and escalate issues when necessary. * **Quality assurance**: Ensure deliverables meet company and client expectations. * **Process improvement**: Support the implementation of best practices in project management. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in IT project administration or coordination. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello). * Excellent communication and problem\-solving abilities.
