This role ensures that the vision in Figma is perfectly executed in the final product. **Design Engineer (UX/UI Implementation)** Mynt Labs is a full\-stack technology and innovation studio focused on building intelligent, scalable, and secure digital ecosystems. With a strategic presence in **Bahrain**, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia, we design end\-to\-end software solutions that combine world\-class front\-end experiences with robust AI and data infrastructure. We are seeking a versatile Design Engineer to own the user experience across all platforms. You will be responsible for building client\-side ecosystem that communicates with our backend systems. The ideal candidate can architect a unified codebase that targets Web, iOS, and Android using one of the following paths: **Key Responsibilities:** Multi\-Platform Architecture Design: * Flutter Path: Architect a unified UI using Dart for Web, iOS, and Android. * Next.js \+ Capacitor Path: Lead the React 19 development for web while using Capacitor to wrap the application for native mobile deployment. UI/UX Consistency: * Design and implement responsive components (including animations) that handle mobile touch targets and desktop mouse interactions with equal precision. * Integrate native device features like cameras (for photos) and biometrics across iOS and Android. * Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate the backend into the UI layer without compromising design integrity. **Experience:** * Expert\-level proficiency in **CSS/Sass** and front\-end frameworks either Dart/Flutter OR TypeScript/React/Next.js. * Experience publishing and maintaining apps in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. * Ability to work fluently in both Figma and a code editor. * An eye for detail—you understand the importance of spacing, typography, and smooth transitions. * Strong understanding of responsive design, performance optimization, and cross\-browser compatibility.
