W.L.L.** is seeking an experienced and results\-driven **Restaurant Manager** to join the opening team of our new restaurant at **Marassi, Bahrain**. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the restaurant's daily operations, developing the service team, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring an excellent guest experience. Key Responsibilities * Take full responsibility for the day\-to\-day operation of the restaurant. * Lead, supervise, and motivate the FOH and BOH teams. * Ensure smooth coordination between service, kitchen, bar, and support teams. * Maintain consistently high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. * Monitor restaurant sales, productivity, labor utilization, wastage, and operating expenses. * Prepare and manage staff schedules, duty assignments, and manpower requirements. * Conduct daily briefings and ensure effective communication with the team. * Handle guest complaints and operational issues professionally and efficiently. * Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance. * Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and health \& safety requirements. * Monitor stock levels, wastage, breakage, and proper handling of restaurant assets. * Coordinate with HR, Finance, Purchasing, Kitchen, and Operations Management as required. * Participate in recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of restaurant staff. * Support the pre\-opening, opening, and stabilization phases of the Marassi branch. * Prepare operational reports and provide feedback to senior management. Requirements * Minimum **4–5 years of restaurant management experience**. * Previous experience as Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, or Operations Manager. * Experience in high\-volume restaurants, premium casual dining, or established hospitality brands is preferred. * Previous **Bahrain or GCC experience is strongly preferred**. * Strong understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and cost control. * Proven ability to lead and develop multicultural teams. * Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making skills. * Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage. * Good knowledge of MS Office and restaurant POS systems. * Professional appearance, strong leadership presence, and customer\-focused approach. * Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
