Responsibility for ensuring project quality and timely completion Roles and Responsibilities: Liaising with managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors. Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, risk assessment, and other documents. Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies. Keeping track of materials at Work Site. Requirements: Minimum 3\-4 years of experience in Civil Engineering \& Site in a related field. Experience in Working on High Rise office – multi apartment buildings. Bachelor’s in civil engineering or similar. Good Knowledge of building and construction in MEP and Civil domain required. Sound knowledge of construction \& AutoCAD. CRPEP License Holder preferably. Supervise and manage all construction and maintenance activities Coordinate daily site operations and workforce Monitor civil, electrical, plumbing, painting, gypsum, tiling, carpentry, and maintenance works Ensure projects are completed within deadlines and quality standards Manage site safety and compliance procedures Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and management Inspect work progress and report daily updates Handle maintenance requirements across company branches and properties Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and manpower Valid Bahrain driver's license. Ability to manage labor and site activities independently Pay: BD250\.000 \- BD450\.000 per month Work Location: In person
