Key Responsibilities: * Handling the Labor Market Regulatory Authority visa applications and immigration\-related processes * Processing CPR applications and related documentation * Managing Tamkeen support applications for Bahraini employees * Maintaining and organizing employee personal files and HR documentation * Handling recruitment, onboarding, and general HR\-related activities * Applying for online licenses * Managing day\-to\-day employee relations and labor\-related matters * Coordinating and communicating effectively with laborers and staff * Downloading and managing LMR and GOSI invoices * Booking flight tickets and travel arrangements for staff * Preparing contracts, staff memos, warning letters, and official company communications as required * Ensuring compliance with Bahrain Labor Law and company policies Requirements: * Construction field experience is mandatory * Good knowledge of Bahrain labor law and HR procedures * Experience in administrative and HR operations within Bahrain * Strong knowledge of LMRA, immigration, GOSI, EWA, Ministry\-related procedures, and online government portals * Strong communication and organizational skills * Ability to handle multiple tasks independently and efficiently * Proficiency in MS Office applications and administrative reporting systems Work Location: In person
